By placing this order you agree to the following offer terms and legal.

YOU AGREE TO PURCHASE AND MAINTAIN 24 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS OF ANY DIRECTV BASE PROGRAMMING PACKAGE ($49.99/MO. OR ABOVE).
YOUR DIRECTV ORDER WILL REQUIRE A SOFT CREDIT CHECK (to qualify for service) AND A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON FILE.

Additional TV’s are $7 extra per month. Additional genie mini’s cost a one time fee of $50 each past 4 TVs.
A regional sports fee of up to $8.49 may apply depending on your location.
Auto Enrollment of Protection Plan: All new qualifying customers will be automatically enrolled to have a protection plan for their DIRECTV service. Protection plans cover free standard service calls and equipment failures / replacement. This is offered free for your first 30 days of DIRECTV service. If your protection plan is not cancelled within the first 30 days of your DIRECTV account activation, you are required to keep this service for 24 months. Protection plans are auto billed at $9.99/mo. to the credit or debit card that was put on file with your DIRECTV account. After 24 months your can cancel this service at anytime. Protection plans will either be processed on the 1st or the 15th of every month depending on the date of your DIRECTV account activation. Protection plans are billed and processed by CORTZ COMMUNICATIONS — NOT — DIRECTV corporate. This recurring charge is billed separately from your DIRECTV statement and is paperless transaction. Price does not include taxes, $19.95 activation fee, applicable use tax expense surcharge on retail value of installation, equipment upgrades/add-ons, and certain other add’l fees & chrgs. Some offers may not be available through all channels and in select areas.
If you cancel your order prior to installation, we will issue a full refund.
Within 30 days of provision of DIRECTV equipment to you, or on the date that the professional installer has installed or is prepared to install your DIRECTV equipment, whichever is sooner, you agree to activate each and every DIRECTV Receiver ordered by you or provided to you with any DIRECTV base programming package (valued at $64.99 per mo. or above).
YOU WILL ACTIVATE ALL OF THE DIRECTV SYSTEM EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT OR YOU MAY BE CHARGED A FEE OF UP TO $150 PER RECEIVER NOT ACTIVATED.

If you agree to the first 3 months of premium networks at no extra cost, you will begin being charged the full, in-effect price per network after the promotional period ends unless you cancel them by calling Customer Service.
If you agree to the NFL SUNDAY TICKET at no extra cost, you will begin being charged the full, in-effect price for NFL SUNDAY TICKET at the start of the following season unless you cancel it before the season starts by calling Customer Service.
Sports subscriptions cannot be canceled, transferred, refunded, or credited (in part or in whole) after the season starts. Sports subscriptions automatically continue each year at a special renewal rate, provided DIRECTV carries these services, unless subscriber calls to cancel prior to the start of the season.
Your receiver must be continuously connected to an internet enabled ethernet cable, WIFI or land-based phone line to activate your receivers and to allow pay per view ordering by remote control.
If you fail to maintain your 24-month programming commitment, you agree that DIRECTV may charge you a prorated fee of up to $480 (or $20 per month remaining).
Credit or debit card used for purchase will be kept on file and may be used for any unpaid balances and fees by DIRECTV if your service is disconnected.
Leased equipment must be returned upon disconnect. If you do not return equipment, DIRECTV may charge a fee of up to $45 per standard, $135 per DVR, $45 per HD, $135 per HD DVR, $135 per TiVo HD DVR Receiver from DIRECTV, and/or $135 per Advanced Whole-Home DVR.
If you cease to be a DIRECTV customer for any reason (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) or if you decide to disconnect/cancel/terminate your Advanced Receiver Service, you must call DIRECTV within seven (7) days after the termination of your DIRECTV programming services, Advanced Receiver Service fee, as applicable, to obtain information from DIRECTV necessary to arrange for a ground or air freight service to pick up and deliver all of your DIRECTV equipment to DIRECTV.
You and DIRECTV agree that both parties will resolve any dispute arising under the Equipment Lease Addendum, the DIRECTV Customer Agreement or any other addendum thereto, or regarding your DIRECTV programming service, through binding arbitration as fully set forth in the DIRECTV Customer Agreement. ARBITRATION MEANS YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The referenced agreements are available at DIRECTV.com/agreements.
Auto Bill Pay
If you enrolled in Auto Bill Pay, you authorize DIRECTV and the financial institution selected for payment to automatically charge your credit or debit card or to deduct from the checking account identified the amount of your bill each month. Credit card payments will be charged on the bill settlement date. Checking account deductions and Debit cards will be charged 15 days after the bill statement date. You release DIRECTV and all its affiliates from any and all claims arising from the use of the DIRECTV Automatic Payment service. Both your authorization and the DIRECTV Automatic Payment service will remain in full force and effect until DIRECTV has a reasonable opportunity to act upon a revocation by you, your financial institution, or DIRECTV or one of its affiliates.
