DIRECTV Return Policy
The DIRECTV equipment will be brought to your home by a professional technician on the day of your scheduled install. If you decide that you do not want DIRECTV service before your scheduled install date, please call us at 800-480-0872 to cancel your order. When the technician arrives at your home, if you decide that you do not want DIRECTV service, please tell the technician that you would like to cancel your order. The technician will complete the necessary paperwork and cancel your order for you.
If your equipment has been installed and activated, you are obligated to a 24 month service agreement. If you should decide that you want to break that agreement, you must contact DIRECTV customer service at 800-531-500. You will be subject to an early cancellation penalty and asked to return all of our equipment. Please return the equipment to DIRECTV promptly to avoid additional charges for breaking your agreement. When cancelling after installation, you will not be eligible for a refund on the original purchase price of the equipment nor the handling and delivery fee.
